| 向心滚针和保持架组件 F&F—向心滚针和保持架组件是由保持架和滚针组成的完整轴承单元，主要用于 轴和轴承箱可作为滚道场合，且有以Z小径向结构空间下承受高负荷和高刚性的 能力。在高精度的轴和座孔滚道下，可获得较高的旋转精度；工作间隙可根据滚 针、安装轴和座孔进行调整，安装SHI分便利，是在恶劣条件下使用的F常经济的 轴承。 对于无法淬硬的轴和座孔，可使用本公司专门生产的IR标准圈进行镶套处理； 广泛用于汽车、摩托车、工程机械的传动轴和齿轮箱及连杆轴配置。 △结构形式 该类轴承有单列K型和双列K…ZW型，对整体无法装配时，如曲轴凹颈处的支 承，可使用特殊的剖分结构单列K…D型和双列K…ZWD型。本公司并设计有车制 和冲压、M型和K型等多种结构型式供不同场合选择使用，也可根据用户特殊结构 要求设计。 △产品精度 滚针直径相互差在2μm，精度等级为G2级（国标GB309）。 组件公称宽度Bc上偏差-0.20，下偏差-0.55。 可根据顾客特殊要求确定。 △材料 滚针材料为GCr15轴承钢。 保持架材料根据使用场合及要求的不同，可以为优质低碳钢、低合金钢或增强尼龙。 △特殊说明 轴向定位的宽度按组件公称宽度Bc并符合H12的规定给定公差。 使用塑料保持架时（后缀TN）连续工作不得超过运转温度+120°C。 选用规范化的轴和座孔公差，可用标准滚针获得标准径向内部游隙。 滚道T荐设计：轴径轴承座孔轴公差 粗糙度公称尺寸公差 mm 运转游隙max.超过到 小于正常大于 正常 正常 —80G6j5h5g6Ra0.2(Rz1)H6h5g5f680120G6h5g5f6Ra0.3(Rz1.6)120—G6h5g5f6Ra0.4(Rz2.5)H6 f5e6圆度max.直径公差的25%平行度max. 直径公差的50% JB/T7918—1997滚动轴承 向心滚针和保持架组件（JB-9）JB/T3372—1992连杆滚针和保持架组件（JB-2） Radial Needle Roller and Cage Assemblies FYB---radial needle roller and cage assemblies is a complete bearing unit composed of cage and needle rollers. With the capability of bearing heavy load & high rigidity in the minimum radial structural space, it is mainly used as raceway in shaft and bearing box. Under high precision shaft and bracket-hole raceway, it has a very high rotating precision. Work intervals can be regulated according to the needle rollers, installing shaft and bracket hole. Convenient for installation, it is a very economical bearing applied in harsh conditions. As to the shaft and bracket hole which can’t be quench-hardened, they can be treated by inlaying with IR standard ring specially manufactured by this company. This product can be widely used in the driving shaft, gearbox and connecting rod shaft disposition of auto, motorcycle and engineering machinery.Types of Designs:There are single-row K-type and double-row K…ZW-type for this kind of bearings. Special dissectible structure of single row K…D-type and double row K…ZW-type can be adopted for supporting in the concave neck of crankshaft when complete assembly can’t be carried out.
